I’m Larissa, the founder of PurposeFlow Wellness, a space rooted in intentional movement, restoration, and purpose-driven living.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I bring both professional training and lived experience into every class I lead.
With over 18 years of leadership experience in federal human resources and management, I’ve supported organizations in performance management, employee relations, labor relations, and workplace well-being across large, complex environments. Throughout my career, I worked closely with employees and leadership teams navigating high-pressure demands, where I witnessed firsthand the effects of burnout, chronic stress, and declining morale, especially among those constantly pouring into others without time to restore themselves.
Through prayer and personal reflection, I recognized a deeper calling to create a space where wellness is not just physical, but spiritual.
PurposeFlow Wellness was born from that calling.
Rooted in faith, I believe that true wellness begins from within. My approach is centered on helping you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God, yourself, and your purpose. Through yoga, mat Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, I create an environment where you can release stress, build strength, and experience restoration—body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to yourself in a new season, my approach is intentional, welcoming, and purpose-centered.

Coach Robin Renee has been an active fitness enthusiast since childhood and a wellness professional since 1989. She has educational and professional experience in social services, mental health, domestic violence counseling, addictions treatment, fitness training, Naturopathy, outdoor adventures leadership, wilderness medicine and Pilates.
Through encouragement and motivation, she helps people realize their own potential for helping themselves conquer challenges to achieve desired changes. She also believes that sustainable self-care is essential for a synergistic lifestyle. It is imperative to 'Take Time to Take Care of YOU!'
