Class Offerings
Our weekly class schedule is thoughtfully curated to support all levels and lifestyles. Select classes are offered both in-person and virtually to provide flexibility and accessibility.

Larissa’s classes begin with five minutes of getting settled before getting started. This is helpful for grounding (and in case you’re running late). She does an Easy Flow practice that is approachable and suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced. I usually attend in the mornings and after class, I feel loose, light and ready to approach the day!

PurposeFlow Wellness operates on a class-based schedule rather than traditional open gym hours.
Studio access is available during scheduled classes, private sessions, and booked events.
Additional hours may be offered for workshops, corporate wellness, and practitioner rentals.

• Standard classes: 50–60 minutes
• Specialty sessions & workshops: 60–75 minutes
• Private sessions: customized based on client needs

Class Schedule

To avoid a cancellation fee, cancel at least 12 hours cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of class.
