Amir, Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200|500)
Amir began her yoga practice in college as a way to manage stress and anxiety, where she discovered the transformative power of breathwork and mindful movement. This personal experience inspired her to deepen her practice and complete both her 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings, strengthening her foundation in anatomy, intentional sequencing, and yogic philosophy.
With over five years of teaching experience, Amir offers accessible, culturally resonant classes that center breath, embodiment, and self-awareness. Her teaching is grounded in creating inclusive, supportive environments where students of all levels feel safe, seen, and empowered in their bodies. Music—particularly R&B—is a key element of her classes, helping to cultivate a grounded, soulful flow that supports both physical and emotional well-being.
