Working in a high-pressure career in the federal government for 18 years, Larissa Shipps saw firsthand what it means to get burned out. So she made a career change. Shipps is the founder and owner of PurposeFlow Wellness, located in south suburban Homewood. Shipps and two of her instructors stopped by Jewell's Jems on Sunday's WGN Weekend Morning News to do some yoga and mat Pilates with Jewell Hillery.
